Bot navigation testing tool to enable CS to create test orders Merged

A manual process is currently used to request SW Eng to create test orders for navigation testing based on the LP # range and quantity of item picks provided by CS. Even though its a fairly quick & easy process to create the test orders, it could take a couple days if a SW Eng resource is not available.
