Charger Usage Metrics

Currently, identification of charger issues at a customer site are based on a customer submitting a ticket. The Locus system does not proactively identify/notify potential issues. We have encountered situations where a site may a charger has not charged bots for days but don't know about it until the customer submits a ticket.

Charger usage metrics based on charging cycles, charging time, bots charged, etc. over a defined time period (e.g., last 8 hours, last 24 hrs, last week) would provide a fairly simple method to identify chargers with issues. For example, if a charger has only completed 1 hour of charging or charged 1 bot over the last 24 hours, it's likely the charger has an issue. The charger usage metrics would also enable proactively maintenance planning based useage since last maintenance/repair.
