Per attached manual charging instructions, a bot should be removed from the auto-charger after 10 minutes. However there is no visual cue to indicate when a bot has been docked for more than 10 minutes. As a result, manually docked bots often remain on chargers for much longer than 10 minutes, particularly since the person who manually docked a bot often moves on to work in another area. This contributes to manually docked bots tieing up chargers for an excessive amount of time and prevents auto-charging by other bots.
No votes from me. This whole process is a "kludge" and the correct way to address it is IDEA-I-323, "Dead robot 10 minute charging timer".
