Quantify the problem/opportunity
Customers occasionally induct a tote onto a robot and it cannot fit. This could be because the inductor tries to add a tote to a shelf without enough room (previous tote(s) inducted block new tote position). In the near future this could come from a site running mixed Origin I & II fleet and accidentally inducting an Origin II compatible tote onto an Origin I (where it may not fit). It is difficult for customers to undo this today. |
