Migrate Admin Tool to web app Merged

Many functions are difficult on the iPad version. Would also be very helpful to be able to view multiple sites. iPad version is very cumbersome, especially sites with multiple levels, and multiple custowners. iPads are hard to manage, difficult to find and get lost, etc.
