Customer access to Locus data for it to create reports &/or analysis Merged

Customers often request reports and data analysis that is not supported by current Locus dasboards, Portal reports or Executive Summary reports. Access to Locus-managed data would enable customers to create custom reports and perform additional analysis, which could incorporate Locus data and data only available from WMS.
