Independent tote position display for Picking and Packing (Drop-off)

Ability to control the display of tote position separately between Picking and Packing Drop-off (as well as Putaway vs Putaway Drop-off).  Today there is 1 setting that controls both Picking & Pack Drop-Off.  Consider splitting that into 2 settings and get that into a future release.
