Default RealSense to "On" & Enable Adjustability of LiDAR Camera Sensitivity

Problem: Instances occurred at Quiet La Palma where some bots ran into carts being used by associates. Investigation indicated that some of these bots were not configured to have RealSense enabled. Based on follow-up discussion, it was communicated that RealSense is not enabled by default due to sensitivity and issues that may be encountered with uneven floors and that is is only enabled for mezz floors where there is risk of bot going down a stairwell (i.e., currently all or none feature).

Proposal: Change default configuration/setting to always enable RealSense and provide ability to adjust sensivity where RealSense may cause operational issues with uneven floors.
