The following video at Nike shows a supervisor manually releasing robots to the pickfloor. It's a tedious process to repeat and reduces bot active time on the pick floor, especially in large operations.

I've had customers ask me if they can control where the bots go from the admin iPad as well. Examples:
1) send all bots to wait positions because there is an emergency or they need the floor cleared for some reason
2) direct a bot or bots to a certain pick location because there is a sudden priority order that needs picking
