Dismiss Bot to Back of Queue when nothing to Induct Merged

Scenario - Bots are arriving at drop off to have carton removed, but there are scenarios when the operator wants to dismiss the bot or needs to be dismissed to get the bot out of the way and allow for the next bot to drop off. Unfortunately, the only way to do this today (to remove the bot from the induction/dropoff point) is to dismiss the bot.

The site then has to go and resume the bots that were dismissed from the dismiss queue.

Proposal - the team is looking for a way to have the bot just go to the back of the induction queue when requested vs having it sent to the dismiss queue.
