Display exception reason detail on iPad at dropoff. Typical workflow for RF picking is to give reason for exception.
Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Totes with exceptions are dropped at a hospital location without providing any information to the associate as to the reason for the exception. This causes the associate to need to look up the reason in their WMS (Need to confirm this). If the Bot iPad displayed the exception reason(s), it could improve efficiency of exception handling. This is a typical feature of RF picking today as well. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
Every site has a hospital process / location. I am guessing this would be beneficial to most. Not sure how to quantify the improvement, but could research this will customers (X minutes saved per event?) |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
iPad screen is very full today. Hard to add additional information to it and keep it readable. |
