Customer is very keen on getting a UI change for the UI after you have scanned the item. They would only like to see information that is relevant to show on the UI to make sure to pick the item in the right tote. Proposal by the customer is made and has been discussed already with guys like Hamid/Taylor/Lou/Joey. I just still wanted to raise this request while continuing the discussion

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Customer Abbott has a big increase in issues reported on picking the right item but placing it on the wrong tote. They are capturing data, but it seems to be an issue that almost all pickers encounters really. They have done lots of training/emphasizing their operators to not make mistakes, but they don't make any improvements |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
The customer did have 4 issues per month with manual picking, but now has gone up (even 3 months after go-live) to still 5-10 cases per day. Customer has implemented a 100% Quality Check in order to find issues, but that is adding a lot of time/costs and therefore they partially have gone back to manual picking because for that no QC is required |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Rootcause is hard to identify. They keep training a lot and putting a lot of focus on this. We have discussed internally a few things on what we could do to improve this. We are going to try out Proglove, but the customer is not happy to take additional costs. We have a few more options that we are going to see if that could improve. |

Booktopia and DHL AU have both requested this feature. Too much on the screen when you have to pick the item and most of it should disappear if the barcode scanned was the correct item. Once the item is identified, make it REALLY CLEAR where to put the correct item
