Can we have 2 separate rules for Serialized and Non-Serialized items?
For serialized, we would like to always scan the upc once, then scan each SN
For non-serialized, we would want the below.
1 qty? Scan UPC 1 time
9 qty? Scan UPC 9 times
10 qty or more? Scan UPC 1 time

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Customer is asking to process Serialized picks differently than Non-Serialized picks. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
This will dramatically reduce the mission time for this customer. For a pick of 10 serialized items, we would need to have 20 scans (10 UPC's and 10 Serials). With this request, we could bring that down to 11 scans (1 UPC and 10 Serials) |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Currently for Serialized items. You can too scan each item and then scan each Serial. For a pick of 10, you would have to scan 20 times (10 picks and 10 serials). |
