We want the customer to be able to manage the print buffer on their own so they can be self sufficient and not have to rely on Locus to change it multiple times per day.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Customer needs the ability to control how many labels they have printed to stage for induction. Currently, the WMS/IST team is the only one who can change this max/min buffer. Customer needs to be able to have this changed as soon as they need it. |

The ability for the customer to manage this themselves would save Locus 2-3 hours/week in responding to support requests to change the print buffer. |

The print buffer functionality was newly developed and was not made available for customer management right away. |
