Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

Give the CS team the ability to fill out an excel sheet that will generate a XML file so that they can post user id data into the database. This would primarily be used during the deployment phase. For larger site this would reduce the need for CS to reach out to IST/Lou/etc.

We reduce the number of tickets created.

No current tool for this. Need to reach out to supporting teams.
