Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Introducing Locus in any facility means reducing the picker headcount. Since volume remains constant, it would mean each picker would be picking more of the heavy full cases which will lead to fatigue, injuries and high turnover. |

Any prospect operation where the cases are heavy (ex. beverages, industrial parts etc.) will benefit if a Max is replacing their current walkie riders |
