Dwell time exception report (all dwells over 15mins)

We need to identify “all bots with long dwell time”

This would be an exception report showing all bots which have dwelled OVER 15 MINS, with a start time, location, and total duration so we can look to understand processes on ‘lost bots’ in a warehouse, time of day, and locations where they get 'lost' or missed by operators

dwell times are only considered up to 15 mins , and then 'max out', but the exceptions are where we can really look at improvements.

DHL Derby are losing bots and not managing them well.
