For standard processes Locus could look to create short/quick videos via one of many platforms (quick TikTok videos, longer more professional videos) but then be pushed to the ipad with the error or problem.
Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
I think the challenge is a little on where training sits ; is it a deployment/DPM topic as part of the project delivery, with CS as a continued improvement topic and refresher/error recovery topic, or an internal topic for onboarding own team. Often the material can overlap, and the message and direction of the audience can get blurry.
Again, if there is value in discussing how we get a message about standard processes for customers, or developing training for our internal team, this could be something I would like to help with based on what we have looked to provide previously for customers at Swisslog.
There were two media which I thought we could use within Locus which again could add real value to custoemrs based on the Locus solution and this is the use of ipad on each bot.
I could imagine that there could be 2 sets of training material/videos for end users for both best practice and error recovery. Both of these could be developed as short videos and accessed from the ipad itself as a menu option.

What could also be useful is to get the customer to create their own videos (site specific processes) and have these added to the ipads too. I could imagine quick TikTok videos created by staff during training could be much more fun and engaging for other new staff to understand. Many, many people use such video platforms now, so why not encourage their use to get clear messages and material to individual users who are in front of an ipad anyway ? |

DSV suggested the same idea. They would like to use a robot iPad, the admin iPad, or a separate iPad that would run through training to site specific settings/configurations so that it looks exactly like their picking screens throughout the process. Show them induct, picking, shorts, skips, pack, etc.
