An order scanned onto a bot, but ends up not being able to fit. Cannot remove that order and scan onto a different bot. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
This can impact any site that picks into multiple different carton sizes. Specifically any Home Depot site that can have over 40 different variations of cartons come from their PackSize machines. Alphabroder has 4 different carton types. Geodis Coppell has 8 different carton types. Sam's Club utilizes a PakcSize machine as well. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Root cause is differing carton sizes. This does not allow for a consistent way to induct and add variation. The opportunity is not allow this variation to add time at induct (assocaites testing first if cartons will fit) and enable orders to be pulled off the bot so the order does not have to be wheeled around to follow the bot. |

Thank you Adam. This idea exists. IDEA-I-267. No commit to develop yet due to complexity. Will be reviewed as a candidate for April '23.
