Portal Requests

Bot Utilization Report

Monthly report with bot use:

- Average number of bots in use, by day & shift

- Peak number of bots in use, by day & shift

Only take into consideration:

- released, waiting at induct/drop-off, task, charging, driving

Do NOT take into consideration:

- Idle bots waiting to be released

- Bots in error status

GOAL: determine the number of bots used --> VF cost; not used = not paid for

Bot Idle Time Report

Report containing data by botID, hour, shift, week, month:

- Hours of idle time (duration)

- Including bot status:

* Bot not released

* Bot waiting at the induct spur for a job

* Bot in error

* Bot awaiting an operator in the aisles (to execute the job)

* Bot destination location blocked (awaiting another bot/operator)

* Bot charing

* Others?

Short overview:

- Graph containing daily number of, and overall waiting time for every status

- Monthly summary

  • %of idle time vs worked time

Bot Issues Report

Report containing data by botID, hour, shift, week, month:

- Hours of error time (duration)

- Including reason of the standstill:

* Emergency button pressed

* Bumper activated

* All other possible error messages

Short overview:

- Monthly downtime:

* Number of standstills, by category

* Total hours of standstills, by category

  • % of error time

Bot Travel Distance Report

Report containing data by botID, hour, shift, week, month, activity (replenishment/picking):

- Theoretical shortest driving distance

- Actual driving distance

- Number of failed attempts to drive into an aisle (congestion)

  • Location where bots need to wait one another + frequency

Aisle Occupancy Report

Report containing data by hour:

  • Number of bots by aisle

Battery Condition Report

Report containing data by bot:

- Charging time by bot:

* By charging instance

* Overall time

- % of charging time vs operating time by bot

Analysis of battery condition of the bot: battery life

Processed Report

Overview by shift:

  1. Night shift: 22h00-06h00

  2. Early shift: 06h00-14h00

  3. Late shift: 14h00-22h00

Report content:

* By mezzanine

- Number of units picked

- Number of picking locations

- Avg. number of units/location

- Amount of picking time

- Picking performance (UPH, LPH)

- Number of cases replenished

- Amount of replenishment time

- Replenishment performance (LPH)
