At the moment - a 24.5" tray is the most critical. A client has a go-live date in March and would benefit from a hinged shelving unit.
Adding to the catalog a hinge for all 2-level tray sizes would be beneficial as a whole. This item exists for 22.5" tray, and a 30.5" tray is currently in process - why not create the option for all tray sizes.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Clients that have the need to pick to a 2-level shelf but also pick batched singles lose half the liquid cube available. Hinging the top level would make the entire liquid cube of the bot available to a larger tote to pick batched singles. |

Adding on to this for FragranceNet. They could use this option for the 20.5" two level shelf. It would make the bot more versatile for putaway of larger items.

UPS Louisville is looking to switch to 2-level box shelf. They would benefit from the 24.5" size.
NEED ASAP (see email thread) the 24.25" drop down box shelf for ALPHABRODER ASAP. Count = 120.
For DHL Cowpens (M&H) need count 50 of the 26.25" drop down box shelves - timing ~ July.
Correction - UPS Birkenstock Digital is going to be 26.5" shelf
UPS - Birkenstock Digital can use the 24.5" hinged shelf as well (18 bots)

Idea is to create this for the full range - 20.25, 22.25, 24.25, 26.25, 30.25, we will not go to 32.25 due to stability issues as we start to get upto that size. Currently we have this for 22.5 (orderable now), we have a design complete for the 30.25.
This card will be used to track progress for 20.25, 24.25 and 26.25. 24.25 will be developed as the priority to support the Go Live of Badger Sports.
Adam please can you clarify the qty required as we may not be able to support the customer need date of the 03/14/22 depending on the qty.
