Pick 'Ship Ready' items that do not need to be picked into totes or cartons.

We have two options (attached) to be able to pick Ship Ready items with Locus.

Attach X number of Ship Ready labels to bots magnetically to be applied when pick is completed.
1. We would need to know the avaialble cube of the bot
2. We would also need to know the cube of the Ship Ready items.
Attach printer to bot and have it print the respective label when pick is complete.

Bots options could potentially use a 'Bot Full' functionality to send bot to drop off when bot is full.

Home Depot is expecting a response as to what will need to happen from a development standpoint to make this happen. Suggestions are also encouraged.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved Home Depot would like to pick Ship Ready SKU's with Locus. These are items that do not need to be packed into cartons and can be shipped in the existing carton they are in. A shipping label will need to be applied to the item before it is dropped off at the outbound conveyor.
Quantify the problem/opportunity By having the ability to pick Ship Ready items onto the bots, Home Depot will be able to pick 20%-30% additional volume that is currently in the conveyable picking module with the rest of the SKU's Locus is picking.
What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity These are picks that need to be picked on carts manually. These carts cause congestion in the same aisles the bots are picking in. Implementing this would reduce congestion in the Locus picking area.
