Add magnets to the legs of the pallet dollies to hold them in place when they are parked at endcaps
The pallet dollies are the same width as the pallet racking and the legs of the carts match up with the legs of the racking. In some cases if the aluminum carts had magnets mounted to the legs, then the carts would stick to the racking just enough to hold the cart in place. For example when we are doing dunnage removal, the cart would stay put when people throw boxes into the gaylords.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
The pallet dollies have nice casters that roll very easily. The dollies consequently roll away if there's any slope to the floor at all. It makes it hard to keep the carts parked where they need to be parked so that Vector can pick them up. |
