Tool idea created by Fabio ... needs to be driven into LV-II or equivalent tool to enable customers to view and manage (and CS teams)

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved Customers cannot validate how much/little our robotics are taking the "optimum route" ... how many missions are failing because of warehouse obstacles, poor design/layout, congestion in aisles, operator problems etc ...
Quantify the problem/opportunity driving improvement in operational best practice ... increase bot efficiency
