What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
The size of Graham Packaging's pallets are too large for the planned Max conveyor top The pallets that Graham is using are W=45.275” x L=55.9”.
Martin advised that the maximum acceptable pallet dimensions on a Max conveyor top in its current state would be W=42” x L=48”.
