Customer Facing All Sites Metrics Report

Many of our clients have more than 1/2 sites, and some have double digit active Locus sites. For the executive level individuals who oversee multiple, if not all Locus sites, a one-stop-shop for metrics with a side-by-side view of the network with high level metrics would provide these individuals with better visibility to the health of their Locus sites.

Any client that has more than 1 Locus facility can benefit from this feature, but this addition can be utilized to further our land-and-expand efforts even in the scenarios without sites that are easily comparable. With the % to target column, it can help clients identify good building leaders and learn from their own internal networks and ops teams.

Frequently across a customer's network there are sites that performing better than others. Rather than honing in on the poor performers and relying on Locus to always provide data, recommendations, etc., the client can find a comparable site within their network and review them side-by-side. This empowers the client to easily find the opportunities and lean on Locus to coach, but the site is driving the improvement.
