Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Currently pickers are looking at the Position indicator on a tote array and considering this as the tote position and not the bin position. Booktopia have aired a view of what would make this slightly easier |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
200 totes in one week have overages in them based on over picks due to pickers placing items into the wrong position. This is due to confusion of what is bin location and what is pick location. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
1) Training is an issue - however speed to competency at this site is a challenge 2) Visual understanding, Logically the user considers the shelf position first then the bin position, This is the opposite way around in the current set up . |
