Get a report in the Portal that shows the bot behavior in the past

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

The customer wants to have a report in place to audit fleet management best practices within juts operation, but also potentially to audit Locus uptime SLAs. But also to understand user errors and poor fleet management.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

They want to have a good understanding with historical data that shows:

  • e-stopped bots

  • charging behavior of the bots

  • online/offline bots

  • dismissed bots

  • disconnected bots

  • bot errors

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

The site feels they had struggles with the fleet and therefore would like to have data to back this up to see what can be learned from this
