Pop Up Messages on iPad based on custom fields

Have a pop up window show on the iPad with this message information and require the associate to acknowledge that message. Would be configurable at the unit level based on usage of the custom fields.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

Provide guidance to an associate that needs to be acknowledged prior to performing a pick or a put.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

Multiple customers (Concordance, Toyota, and Crescent) have asked for the ability to display a message to their associates based on the item they are interacting with. This could be additional guidance to indicate a high value item they should carefully inspect. An item with a very specific date code they need to confirm. Or ensuring that the associate remembers there are 2 parts to the item (lid and container). These messages might be a few sentences in length and at times should require the associate to acknowledge the message.

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

Associates not properly picking products or not noticing that a product could require extra attention to detail when picking.
