Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

VNA pickers pick replen cases to either a pallet or a cart today. The hope is that the VNA picker will be able to pick to a cart for vector to pick up and go straight to replen. This would reduce travel by MHE, reduce touches, and increase utilization of bots.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

This could open up additional customer opportunities by reducing touches and travel for customers. It could also be used for Case picking for outbound order fulfillment.

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

It eliminates touches, and travel done by MHE.
