ProGlove user permission division / use or non-use based on user permission levels

ProGlove is an "all or nothing" approach for picking , and Boots want temp staff to use proglove, whilst 'experienced' senior staff do not need to use. pick accuracy is a key element when temp staff arrive and proglove drives this, but loses time.
