The CS or super user should be able to run a query which lets the user see all the work in a filtered status (e.g. unassigned, allocated). Where the user finds and displays the Order ID (or tote IDs), then they should be able to select the orders for deletion.
Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
It is often necessary for sites to pick some orders manually outside of the Locus systems. While this is not often required, when used this process orphans the Order IDs in the Locus system. As a result, we are advised there are unpicked orders showing on the Open Orders screen. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
At present, work which is left in the Locus system an only be found and cleared by IST support teams. Using the OrderID/ToteID screen requires users to know what orders they need to see. |
|
What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Once an order has been picked, let's say on an RF gun), the host system changes status to pick completed. Once in completed status, it is not possible for the user to initiate a pick cancel message on the WMS-side as the status stops any updates. |
