Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Site goals, either from the COO or as determined by site leadership, are not able to be placed into LocusHub so that sites can actively see them. Site floor management then must just remember these data points. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
Allowing sites to see their COO target values in real time during operations would give them the ability to know how they are performing. Allowing site managers to be able to set custom goal values based on business needs would allow for site operations teams to know their expected targets in real time. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
There is no place to enter in the COO targets or even a custom target value within LocusHub for the customer to be able to action on. |
