Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
When trying to understand charging issues at comparable customer sites, it would be useful to be able to compare the charging configurations between sites; grouping configurations by type allows for an at-a-glance view for CSMs. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
The time spent diagnosing/researching charging issues would not be completely removed, but the time spent not having to make requests for summaries of config options would be. Given the request has to go via multiple teams, this is potentially a saving of 10's of hours each time a charging issue is identified. |

Customer feedback on charging problems led to the idea/conversation that having easily viewable config options for a site would be very useful. |
