Add a standard option for netting at the bottom of the cart shelving to keep product from falling off of the cart. This is a standard Grey Orange feature and Grey Orange is in competition for gaining all of Sam's Club sites. This is a safety request from the Sam's Club team and is essential for deployment.
Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Currently our cart shelves are a flat surface that allows for product to roll or fall off if there are odd shapes or poor placement. Sam's Club has referenced the GreyOrange netting that they use at their other sites that are intended to prevent product from falling off. This appears like a ping pong net at the bottom of the shelf that simply keeps product from falling off the cart. |

Quantify the problem/opportunity
Sam's Club is looking at adding 42 Vector robots to this site. $882,000 in CARR. They have four additional comparably sized eclubs. With total fleet ARRs of $1.6 million each or $6.4 million total ARR. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
We have no net/banding at the bottom of the vector carts to prevent product from falling off of the cart if product is an odd shape or poorly placed. |
