Closest bot to drop-off to be the first one take the station
Bots not to overtake in the drop-off queue - longest bot waiting in the queue to be the first one to be processed and other bots to respect the queue

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
At UniPharma we very often notice that once we open a station using SDS, none of the bots are travelling there. They are especially open stations when the queue is increasing and they organize extra resources to get the bots moving again. Nothing more frustrating when stations are opened, but bots do not travel there (sometimes not at all - sometimes for minutes). Recent issue reported in LR-24-1322733 |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
When opening stations, bots do not seem to travel there. What I have seen myself in the SF issue reported above, that the bots in the queue didn't move once a new station was opened. I was told before that when no bots in the queue, the first bot that needs to travel to the drop-off will reserve a spot. But when there is a queue, they should reserve the spot and travel there immediately |
