Could we get an option to pre set reports anybody would need to be downloaded and send to the user at a set time? It could even help to get extracts make overnight when (some) sites in the US stopped work before they wake up and get started in Europe. It could help us to run reports at not so busy times.

Sint Niklaas in the past was getting the Exec Summary and they valued that. They now raised the option to be able to pre set reports in LH and get these send at certain over. |

The team in VF is using for example the Task Detail report on a daily base for their associate performance report. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
Currently Especially now that they can only extract the report for one task type at the time, they need to extract the report 7 times in stead of the usual 1. And it just takes them more time to get all the extracts from LH to prepare their daily reporting - and they try to reduce that time. |
