Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
Customer (DTW) would like the ability to call/summon a spcific bot (from a look up), to a specific location at any time. this could be due to urgent order requirement, change to a pick, problem with quantity (the list goes on...) Internally from a CS point of view (on-site) there would be a value to move/summon a bot to a location for PM work (think 3rd party vendor without FA access). summon a bot will save hours per day on site visit, and Locus are charged hourly rate for vendor work. assume 2 hours per day, per PM schedule = 100Euro per day, say 25,000 per year saving on PM alone. |
