Allow sites to customize when locus hub dashboards will reset. As of right now they all reset at midnight.
Sites would like the ability to have the LH Dashboards reset at a specified time to allow visbilty over the whole shift.

At sites where they work overnight Locus Hub dashboards will reset at midnight rendering the dashboard not as useful as they are unable to see their total shift throughput, glide path, etc. |
