    Add the ability to filter drop-off dwell by station

    Add additional filtering so that the average drop-off dwell calculation can be filtered by each individual drop-off station. (Same could be applied to induct stations).

    Set Charger Status to Unavailable if Manual Docked Bot

    If a bot is manually docked for charging, bots continue to go to the dock for auto-charging. When a bot is manually docked to a charger, Locus should set the status to unavailable for auto-charging and direct bots to other chargers.
