Mechanism for PIT equipment used in Locus area to enable bots to avoid collision Merged

Numerous bots have been damaged due to PIT equipment operators with running into bots or lowering forks onto a bot. Rather than relying solely on providing a mechanism to highlight to the operator that a bot is nearby, we should provide a mechanism to highlight to bots when PIT equipment is nearby.
