Picking Performance Reports: Add filters for single vs multi-line, order type, Locus floor

Additional filters are required for customers to manage and analyze picking performance. This particularly applies to 3PLs that do order fulfillment for different custowners and order profiles and need the ability to develop contract pricing based on order volume/profile for each customer. Quiet requested the following reports and related UPH as critical for its business model:

1) Single vs Multi-Line Order Report to show qty and % breakdown of orders and units by single line vs multi-line

2) Breakdown and comparison of orders/units by order type (ecomm (B2C) and retail orders (B2B))

Note: Locus has raw data raw data with all req'd order/pick parameters (single vs multi, order type (SO for ecomm, TO for retail), custowner, item units picked, pick date/time) but currently cannot break out UPH peformance since pickers could be interleaving picks for single & multi-line orders and different order types, which would result in blended rate.
