Currently there is no means to view the LP# mapped to each bin location ID at a customer site. If any issue is encountered with a bot traveling to the wrong location for an item pick or missing location, the customer must submit a ticket and then Support must have someone from the WMS Team check the database. Often the CS PM or Account Manager are also pulled in to resolve the issue.
An online view/list of LPs mapped to bin locations would enable Support and others to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. The view should have basic filtering/query for parameters such as LP#, Bin location ID, and common attributes that make up a customers bin location ID (e.g., Zone, Aisle, Bay, Level, Position). The online LP2Bin view should also provide the ability for authorized individuals to enter/edit LP-to-bin location mappings. This particularly important for when customers to expansions to add racking to the Locus area.
