Help Chain Feature Request

Customer wants a way to call for assistance from the iPad interface - what they call "Helpchain". They want to be able to call for assistance and connect that call for help that can trigger an alert on the dashboard and/or the admin iPad.

Customer wants a way to call for assistance from the Robot iPad interface - what they call "Helpchain". They want to be able to call for assistance and connect that call for help that can trigger an alert on the dashboard and/or the admin iPad. It provides the associate with a convenient / fast way to alert management of a problem.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

Likely more useful at large sites, but generally useful across all sites.

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

Locus doesn't support this use case today.
