DHL Welham and Boots Burton would like the ability to be able to pick items into bots when they in the congestion queue, effectively emulating our pause and pick functionality. The location and Item would need to display on the ipad when it is in the congestion queue to enable this to happen.
Sam raised to me that this has had been discussed previously for Boots with Lou and Sean - this requests presents challenges because a bot has queued work when in a congestion queue and does not have just one item/ location to go to, but multiple options.
