Problem/opportunity trying to be solved
We want to request an additional field be added to the pick detail report, which will allow our LMS to determine if a pick was part of a batched task or not. Today, we can see each pick and the order it is associated with, but there is not an easy field or indicator that tells us if a pick for 1 unit was part of a batched task or not. For example, if there are 10 orders for the same SKU and that SKU is the only unit on the order, the picker likely will not have 10 tasks for 1 unit but 1 task for 10 units. We need a way to determine that to report the data in our LMS accurately. |
