Maintain individual bot configuration details

Track individual bot config details such as the form factor (shelf type, tray type, virtual diameter, etc.). Then leverage those details for awareness at the head of the queue to only request containers that are appropriate for that configuration. Configure queues for specific bot configuration type(s). Allow "smaller" bots to navigate differently instead of configuring the entire system for the largest bot.
