Consolidating pick lines in LocusHub

When in LocusHub we see the result of TaskRollUp with multiple picks at the exact same second for the same OrderJob in the same Tote (like the 12 yellow lines in below printscreen), to consolidate these and have these visible in LocusHub as 1 lines with 12 pieces picked.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

VF Sint Nik is a customer who is batching singles on their end but they have their WMS restrcitions. When they do batch it means they have the same items ending up in the same OrderJob, but they still have multiple order lines for the same item for the same tote.

With TaskRollUp enabled we still proceed to pick these 12 lines in one tasks. In LocusHub this is split though in 12 tasks because the OrderJob we get from the customer has 12 orderlines. That means that the figures for Productivity in LocusHub look better as they really are. If order picker gets to pick 10 of these tasks in 1 hour, the LocusHub producivity now shows 120 LPH and 120 UPH, but in real life it is 10 LPH with 120 UPH.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

VF is trying to group as many items into 1 order as possible with batching on their side to increase the pick performance. It has to meet many criteria, but every hour we have lots of picks where this is visible

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

Despite the batching on the customer side trying to improve pick performance with TaskRollUp, they cannot group the individual order lines into one. So not the current 12 lines with 1 piece each, but to send us 1 lines with 12 pieces. They have WMS restrictions because during packing the order will be split again as 1 orderline is its own original orderjob. This is happening for e-com
