Improved exception handling of tote arrays at hospital drop-off Merged

Instruct the associate to remove the affected slots products at the hospital location for a tote array, and then continue with the PACK task of the remaining slots to send the bot to the regular drop-off.

Problem/opportunity trying to be solved

Ability for the associate to just remove the contents of a tote array slot at the hospital location, instead of the whole tote array, and for the bot to travel to the regular drop-off for all the fully picked orders.

Quantify the problem/opportunity

Will allow customers who have hospital locations far from their regular drop-off to handle exceptions on tote arrays without having to ferry the rest of the tote array's completed picks to the regualr drop-off after dealing with the exception,

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity

DHL Adidas has a hospital location far away from their regular drop-off. As far as I understand, when we have an exception in a tote array, we travel to the hospital location, and display the slot with the exception. When the associate presses "Ok" however the bot won't then go to the regular drop-off to complete the orders in the other slots, it completes them at the hospital drop-off. This means that either the associate removes the product from the affected tote slot and presses "Ok", but then travels to induction with the tote array (and the remaining completed work), or the associate removes the whole tote array at the hospital location, and then has to manually move the array to drop-off to handle the completed orders.
