Quantify the problem/opportunity
This is currently a blocker for El Corte Inglés to move forward current go lives and new deployments (e.g. move to discrete picking). Other 3PL customers with large bot fleets could benefit from that. |

What is the root cause of the problem/opportunity
This customer does not have customers themselves, so there was not expectation during the design to be using CustOwner, but it was identified later that it was suitable for them to identify different flows in their operation. |
